Alcohol and Drugs on Campus

To comply with The Drug-Free Postsecondary Education Act of 1990, and Board of Regents Policy 4.6.4, ABAC endorses Georgia laws with respect to the manufacture, distribution, sale, possession, or use of alcoholic beverages, marijuana, controlled substances or dangerous drugs on campus and at institutionally-approved events off-campus.
